ak plan status
Print plan progress summary
Print a one-line progress summary: N/M phases done and overall task completion percentage. Defaults to the current directory when no path given.
Who it's for: Both: quick status checks and CI reporting.
When to use it: (unspecified)
What changes on disk: Read-only.
